What is the Assessment Center?

Employing specially developed techniques and procedures that measure potential and performance, the Assessment Center seeks to advance the professional development of individuals. Multiple evaluators, exercises, and instruments are used to integrate data collected in all steps of the assessment process.

    

Our Methodology

MBA Empresarial’s Assessment Center offers several workshops targeted at evaluating potential. Our highly trained consultants employ specific instruments and techniques to evaluate individuals with regard to decision-making and ethical conduct. With this process, various strengths are assessed: leadership, creativity, entrepreneurship, flexibility, and negotiation skills. Additionally, our assessment procedure includes a comprehensive performance measurement (90o, 180o, 360o) focused on work process, commitment, and results.

    

Results

The Assessment Center employs strategic tools to help Human Resources professionals to achieve better performance within their organization through the development of new programs, processes, and activities. We also offer programs directed at developing teams and overseeing organizational change management. The Assessment Center process allows for a wider view of the HR structure and reveals positive aspects, points for improvement, and performance problems that impact results in HR management.
