What is the Assessment Center?
Employing specially developed techniques and procedures that measure potential
and performance, the Assessment Center seeks to advance the professional
development of individuals. Multiple evaluators, exercises, and instruments
are used to integrate data collected in all steps of the assessment process.
Our Methodology
MBA Empresarial’s Assessment Center offers several workshops targeted at
evaluating potential. Our highly trained consultants employ specific instruments
and techniques to evaluate individuals with regard to decision-making and
ethical conduct. With this process, various strengths are assessed: leadership,
creativity, entrepreneurship, flexibility, and negotiation skills. Additionally,
our assessment procedure includes a comprehensive performance measurement
(90o, 180o, 360o) focused on work process, commitment, and results.
